The Rosedale cottage is furnished, and also contains kitchen utensils …. crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, etc.

A glass roof to the living room allows views of the spotted gums and the bush setting.

There is one bedroom with a double bed, and another with 2 bunks, an adjacent loft with another queen size mattress and a single mattress. Appropriate doonas and pillows are provided; you will need to bring covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels.

The cottage has a slow combustion fire, an inside and outside shower, a laundry tub and a septic system.

There are three nearby beaches. Nun's Beach is reached by a track direct from the cottage; Rosedale Beach is
reached by a short track off Cooks Crescent; and Beach House Beach, the safest beach, is accessible from Rosedale
Beach.

Bushland tracks below the house lead to Tranquil Bay and further south to Guerilla Bay and Burrewarra
Point.

The nearest shops and laundromat are at Malua Bay. Batemans Bay to the north, and Moruya to the south
have cinemas and an increasingly good range of restaurants. The district offers a vast variety of activities for all.
